For any aches and pains that may crop up Veona's Arnica spray (Cooling Arnica Ointment) is AMAZING! I apply it at night before I go to bed on my joints (knees, hips, shoulders) and it allows me to go to sleep without having to take a pill. Love it! Great News! I gave that last Breath of Relief  to my friend and she wants two more. She put it on a bad burn that wouldn't stop hurting and it instantly felt better. She then had one of her friends over who has terrible sinus impact and migraines and she was having an attack so Marsha told her to put some on her temples and nose and in seconds she started to drip like a tap.
